From Bangalore the falls are only about an hour and a half, depending, of course, at what speeds you’re traveling. Nonetheless, it is a nice ride. The Water Falls are beautiful; there are steps to walk down to the basin edge, and up top, there are benches, a lookout area, and some food vendors. Oh, yeah, and lots of monkeys looking for food handouts
